YAMA SEIKI TURNING AND MILLING CENTERS
IMS represents Yama Seiki machine tools in Illinois and Indiana. Yama Seiki offers a wide range of metal cutting machines ranging from turning, machining, and tapping centers. The Yama Seiki organization has been manufacturing machine tools since 1975. Globally, Yama Seiki produces over 2,500 CNC turning and machining centers annually. All Yama Seiki machines are manufactured and inspected at their own facilities, which ensures the highest level of quality control. Yama Seiki manufacturing processes are based on the latest Japanese technology and quality components. Components such as spindle bearings, controls including servo and spindle motors, curvic couplings that can not be produced in house are provided from top quality Japanese – German suppliers. Yama Seiki plants are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified which further ensures the highest level of machine quality. Yama Seiki strict manufacturing processes ensures the machines with outstanding quality, top precision, and capable of withstanding years of rigorous machining.
